Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. Information that you give us as part of the “Jikaseh” registration process is stored by “Jikaseh”. “Jikaseh” uses this information to communicate with you.
“Jikaseh” does not store financial information we collect for payment for the products and services purchased.

All orders will be shipped free of charge. There is no minimum purchase requirement for the free shipping delivery. Estimated delivery time for each product is indicated in the products specific page. Please note, the indicated delivery time is calculated from the definite payment time and will be different for distinct products, because it includes the order processing time and shipping time.
All orders will ship through Express shipping method which comes with a tracking number so you can track your orders at any time. The tracking number will be sent to customer’s email address right after the order is shipped.
“Jikaseh” does not charge any customer with any Tax value of any kind, so when you buy from “Jikaseh”, you buy Tax free and shipping free. But please note that there may be some taxes, duties or other fees which customers must pay to the corresponding tax offices or post offices when they receive their orders. These fees are not related to “Jikaseh” and will not be paid to “Jikaseh”. Also these fees are beyond our company’s responsibilities and impossible to estimate because they are product-based and different from one country to another.
Therefore when ordering from “Jikaseh”, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees. Customs policies vary by country and “Jikaseh” cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay such relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.
Once again we want to emphasize that none of the mentioned fees above, are shipping fee. The shipping fee is paid by “Jikaseh” so customers do not pay for shipping.
Signature Required Policy
Most of the items that we sell are highly valuable and some of them are limited editions. To insure that our items are delivered and received safely, a signature at the time of delivery will be required on any order. Since you will be given online tracking number once your order is shipped, you can find out when your package will be delivered, we strongly recommend you to arrange your program in a way that you will be at home the day your package is going to arrive. If you will not be home during the day to receive a signature required package, then we suggest that you opt to have the package delivered to your place of business (this can be done only at the time of ordering and filling the shipping address form). Please note that Signature Requirements can not be removed.
This policy covers how you may refund your payment.
If delivered goods are defective, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another product with the same price. Refund requests for defective goods must be made up to 10 days from purchase date. You will be given instructions on return of goods and all refunds for this reason will be made within 30 days from purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Please note: As stated in the products pages, all products may slightly differ in color or pattern due to their solely handmade process. This slight differences in color or pattern of handmade products are not accounted as defect.
Please be informed that the prices of products on this website are shown in (USD $) for better & simpler comprehension, but in the end the customer will have to pay in Armenian Dram (AMD). So when the customer checks out, he/she is transferred to payment page, and will see the prices in (AMD) on the payment page, and the amount of payment charged to customer’s credit card is in (AMD).
